Returns & Exchanges

Ephrathlux specializes in hair extension production and sales. We are dedicated to providing premium quality hair extensions at reasonable prices with excellent service. To ensure a fantastic online shopping experience, we are launching our “Fast Exchange & Return” campaign.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

• If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us online or via email within 48 hours after signing for your goods to apply for a return or exchange. Overdue requests will not be accepted.
• Include the original invoice in the package for returns.
• Exchanges can be done for the same style. If exchanging for a different style, the price difference must be paid.
• No re-stocking fee is charged for exchanges, but customers cover the shipping cost. For refunds, the shipping fee will be deducted and a 15% restocking fee applied. If the issue is our responsibility (damaged or wrong item), you will receive a full refund.
• Contact us before sending extensions back to ensure safe transport. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and all losses will be borne by the customer.
• This policy applies only to in-stock hair extensions, excluding custom or special offer products (unless there are quality problems). Merchandise must be in new condition, unused, uncut, and in original packaging.
• After following the above process, contact us via live chat or email postmaster@ephrathlux.com to obtain the return address.

Order Cancellation

• If you contact us within 24 hours after payment, 5% of the order total will be charged as a transaction fee.
• If you contact us after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as a transaction and handling fee.
• Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or customization has begun.
• All rights to interpret are reserved by Ephrathlux.

Note: If requesting repair, exchange, or cancellation, you must first contact us via live chat or email postmaster@ephrathlux.com. We will not provide any service for returned hair extensions without prior permission, and all loss will be borne by the customer.
