Cancel Order

• If you contact us within 24 hours after your payment is completed, 5% of the order total will be charged as a transaction fee.
• If you contact us after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as a transaction and handling fee.
• Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped or we have already begun customizing the hair extension.
• Fully refundable, less shipping cost.
• Once a refund is initiated, we will initiate payment refund after we have received the goods and confirmed their state is same as at the time of initial shipping.

We will not provide any exchange, return, or repair service on hair extensions returned without our permission, and all associated losses will be the responsibility of the customer.
